ALA Launches Elections Campaign

On Take Actions for Library Day, the American Library Association announced its "Reader. Voter. Ready." campaign to increase library advocacy and civic engagement in advance of the November 5 elections.

On Take Actions for Library Day, the American Library Association announced its "Reader. Voter. Ready." campaign with to increase library advocacy and civic engagement in advance of the November 5 elections.

From now through November, ALA will be collaborating with partners to provide nonpartisan resources and learning opportunities for librarians—including webinars, in-person workshops, fact sheets, ideas for civic engagement programming, and one-pagers for select audiences.
