K-Gr 4—This fun and interactive CD for learning Spanish includes such songs as "Uno, Dos y Tres" and "¿Sabes Tu Sembrar la Col? ("Do You Know How to Plant a Cabbage?"). Humorous movement songs introduce parts of the body by having kids shake each body part or "plant" the cabbage with different body parts. The upbeat "ZoolÓgico" takes listeners on a trip to the zoo with vocabulary words for myriad animals. Every child has a daily routine of waking up, brushing his or her teeth, eating breakfast, and so on, and "Mi Día" takes children through the entire day's activities. Sure to be a favorite in Spanish storytime, "Del Suelo al Cielo" ("From the Ground to the Sky") includes movement to help learners solidify the concepts of above, behind, jumping, and turning. Vocalist Jorge Anaya has a very pleasing tone quality to his voice, and even those who are just learning Spanish will find him easy to understand. This is a good choice for libraries needing to beef up their Spanish language learning CDs.—Caitlyn Walsh, Fayetteville Public Library, AR
