The text encourages them to breathe and describes scenarios where they might experience different emotions, while the large, bold text displays the phrases and words that will inspire self-confidence. Rodriguez’s bright bursts of color and geometric characters combine to show readers how they can stand boldly and shout these affirmations.
VERDICT A board book instilling determination in little ones and reminding them that they are important while helping them work through emotions. This title is a good addition to Spanish-language collections for children.
