Told in eye-catching panels, the entertaining scenes of facial expressions and situations in which bodies can cut the cheese will have young readers chuckling. Scatological humor is Leighton’s brand and a sure way to draw children to this and other books like it, making it a crowd pleaser from the topic alone. For Spanish native-speakers or students with a solid understanding of the language.
VERDICT A good purchase for Spanish-language picture book shelves in need of humorous titles.
