Other information provided includes size, climate, ecosystems, fun activities to do at the park, and a glossary. The Spanish translation is correct, though students might wonder about the choice to use "Grandes Montañas Humeantes," when leaving the name as the Great Smoky Mountains might be more helpful.
VERDICT Not groundbreaking, but appealing enough to consider for school libraries.
