P. King Duckling: Seize the Day!

K-Gr 2—An animated series about a friendly and somewhat hapless duck who lives in the small town of Hilly Hole with his two best friends, Wombat and Chumpkins. P. King has a great imagination and an abundance of energy, and he's always ready to try something new, whether that is moving his house to a mountain top so he can get a better view of the sunset or building a race car out of leftover parts and competing in a real race. Wombat is a friendly and loyal buddy who helps P. King with his zany ideas, even when she appears to know better. Chumpkins the pig is a bit sarcastic. The three friends find themselves caught up in hilarious adventures that result in inventive problem-solving, creative thinking, and a lot of laughs. The creator, Josh Selig, has worked on Sesame Street and Wonder Pets!. This new series made its American debut on Disney Junior in November 2016. This particular disc includes 14 episodes. Although the importance of teamwork and problem-solving are clear messages, children will simply love joining in on all of the goofy adventures with P. King and his two best friends. Though aimed at a preschool audience, this series has lots of appeal for the entire family.
