Gr 8 Up—These titles were previously published in the early 2000s as part of Enslow's "In World History" series. The entries have new openings and chapter introductions, headings within chapters, and conclusions. However, the main bodies of the texts are almost completely unchanged, and those sections that have been changed are often merely reworded. Some primary source readings in the earlier editions have been replaced with illustrations or maps. Titles from the original series are widely held, and because this set has no significant revisions, it offers neither new information nor fresh perspective.
