After a trip to Taiwan, a girl finds her Taiwanese mother is lonely and doesn’t venture outside in the wintry American northeast. So the young girl begins to learn all about the local natural vegetation and shows her mother that though they may not live in the lush landscape of her home, there’s a lot to love about the natural environment.
